The Credit Card Competition Act is designed to give small business owners like you a break. Right now, Visa and Mastercard dominate the market with a “duopoly”, leaving you stuck with their high fees. This Act would require them to allow at least one other network to process transactions, creating more competition—helping you keep more of your hard earned money.
